Jen Phillips Karosich Brings Deep Client Support Experience to Ocelot as Company Continues to Expand its Cloud-Based SaaS Suite of AI-Powered Products

Karosich will lead Ocelot’s client success strategy and oversee multiple teams, including the client success, implementation and product support, integrations and visual media teams. Karosich will play a key role in understanding customer goals and driving product utilization, ensuring client engagement, success, retention and growth.
Karosich is a seasoned executive with a proven track record of building successful teams at high-growth organizations that create exceptional client experiences, while growing and retaining client relationships. Karosich was most recently Vice President of Client Services at Lighthouse, an e-Discovery company, where she led a large client delivery team dedicated to fostering strong, collaborative relationships with clients and delivering beyond expectations. Prior to Lighthouse, Karosich’s career in client support includes positions as Managing Director at Discovia (2014-2017) and Vice President of Solutions and Services at Applied Discovery (2004-2014).
